Centre for International Research Development (CIRD) is non-profit incorporated research firm based in United States of America.  CIRD is promised on the need to provide resources that enhances global knowledge by mapping new frontiers in emerging technologies and innovation in research, industry and governance, link centers of excellence world-wide to stimulate and enhance creative and application-oriented problem solving for society and to explore the synergy and collaboration within the sciences, management and policy creation and implementation.

Today CIRD work with leading organizations in providing resources to research scholars  in terms of grants, manpower development and establishment of communicative channels between experts, policy makers and practitioners in academic, industry and government. CIRD is engaging academic institutions for partnerships in research whose outcome is critical in disseminating information on the impacts of resource exploitation.
