Abstract

As the new government of President Bola Tinubu of Nigeria settle down for the business of governance and revitalization of the economy, the issue of divestment of the country’s oil infrastructure becomes very topical and relevant. The aim of this article is to examine the legal implications of divestment of Nigeria’s oil infrastructure in its quest for rapid economic recovery.
