The paper examined sustainable development through inclusive financial system as a transformation in the third world communities. The paper adopted a descriptive survey design and secondary data was obtained qualitatively. The results of the study revealed that sustainable development through inclusive financial system requires a drastic technological transformation in the financial industry. Such technological products like Automated Teller Machine (ATM), Point of Sale (PoS) services and other mobile payment system s are required to enhance availability, accessibility and affordability of funds in hinterland. The paper recommended among others that technological infrastructures that will enhance transformation of the financial system should be put in place and distributed evenly both in the rural and urban areas, which will structurally and technologically change the TWCs and guarantee sustainable development. Further research can be empirically carried out to ensure the correlation of the various variables and it’s significant.
