In addition, productivity refers to the effort that individuals can put in to produce with the least effort by putting labor, material, and machines. The working conditions are crucial to the organization. If employees have a negative perception of their working conditions, they are likely to be absent, have stress related illnesses, and have low productivity and commitment.
