Abstract
Accounting is a special branch of Economics which even in its daily usefulness, it requires continuous educational processes. In particular Management Accounting requires training of executives within an organization. This study examines the four teaching approaches according to Matsagouras, and tries to give the essential characteristics that the teachers of Accounting courses from all levels of education must have, so that the trainees can be ready when they practice the profession of Accountant to cope with the modern and an ever-changing economic environment combining theoretical and practical knowledge
