Abstract

A survey was conducted for patients in Bachmai Hospital using the Open additional questions in Public hospital to the patient satisfaction (PS) of hospital service quality. Subject and method: The study obtained feedback from patients from December 2013 to January 2014. When the  patients could not be interviewed, the attendant, a modified version of the Patient Satisfaction by the Open additional questions with 11 questions was used in General Clinic Department at Bachmai Hospital in Vietnam. Result: In total, 513 patients were interviewed and completed. Levels of customer satisfaction about service quality is influenced by the Open additional questional questions in Public hospital. The overall service quality’s expected (68.4%) or better than. The patients were actually helped by your stay in the hospital are quite a bit (39.2%) or great deal (33.3%). The expense of medical care in hospital’s suitable (74.9%). People have too long wait for some procedures of health care with too long wait's 42.1%, no too long wait's 41.3%. The length of time patient spent in hospital with right amount’s only 75%, but too long's 21.4%. There have many compliment that Doctor is good take care, good attitude and quality in check healthcare; The unit of this hospital’s very crowded, overload, patients had a long wait for the check healthcare. Conclusion: The open additional questions (11 questions) provides feedback on the quality of a public hospital experience from the adult outpatient’s perspective at the developing nation as Vietnam country, it
