Abstract
Contemporary political history is characterized by a tremendous number of political theories and assumptions that have shaped its political face in its current form. Political history in its entirety is not a product of those theories and political movements that formed the images that we previously saw of history from events, changes and shifts in thought and application at the level of the international political movement, Today we are witnessing the emergence and application of a number of them to our political reality in all parts of the world, and tomorrow we will witness the remainder of these ideas and theories, so that history as it appeared in them will end with them, so the only difference that we can mention to separate between one political period and another is in the quality and extent of those ideas Its impact on humanity, whether for better or worse. Humanity has witnessed in its past periods the effect of applying these theories to it, so that we can say that most of the ethnic conflicts, political movements and global wars, and mass death and submission behind violence, terrorism and other disasters that the human race caused against itself was nothing but a practical picture of the other side. That is, the practical and applied aspect of those theories and political hypotheses, while not ignoring a certain number of those theories that had a great merit towards improving life and forming a good image in certain periods of the political history of humanity and on various aspects of social and economic life etc.The lack of a single political theory was one of the reasons for the continuation and spread of political chaos in various parts of the world, such as the events of September 11 and the subsequent phenomenon of combating terrorism, which in turn led to the war against al-Qaeda in Afghanistan and the overthrow of the former Iraqi regime under the pretext of its possession of weapons. Internationally prohibited, which was proven to be non-existent after that, and its harboring of a number of terrorist organizations and its support with arms and money, as well as the inevitable consequences of that phenomenon, such as the retreat of the role of modern diplomacy and the marginalization of international organizations concerned with peacekeeping, especially the United Nations, and the trend to employ a strategy of preventive strikes, which is one of the most dangerous Military strategies that have proven unsuccessful most of the time
